I have the following items for sale, all first come first served:
1. RM Racing Front Frame 6061 Aluminum Billet Cover...has been on the car, great shape, mirror finish, looks sharp!! $95 including shipping in CONUS.
2. 4igs Amuse knock-off front lip spoiler. You can't tell this from an authentic Amuse except for the extra $$ in your pocket. I thought I had this sold, but someone else undercut me with a damaged one. This item is brand new, no extra holes, never out of the plastic sleeve. $195 shipped in CONUS. Will deliver in SoCal within 75 miles of Thousand Oaks no charge.
3. ---SOLD---OEM Shift Knob...buyer never bothered to pay, so back up...as removed from car, typically imperfect casting, no removal marks...not the Titanium knob. $12.50 including shipping in CONUS.

Yup. This is the one you get when you take your 2000 or 2001 into Honda for the Technical Service Bulletin...in-other-words, the good one that doesn't interfere with the seat belt.

Yup, you're correct. It's the REPLACEMENT boot cover for 2000 and 2001 models, and is the one that came with the car on 2002 and 2003 models. If you don't have one, this one will be the one to use.

So buy it. Paint is guaranteed to be applied by someone who is a professional painter, the color is a perfect match, the lip was properly prepared...yeh, right. If you aren't interested, why are you posting? Let the sellers sell, and the buyers buy. This kibutzing by disinterested parties has always been a weak point of this forum. Not much has changed in the past couple of years.
