Default WTB plastic piece that is around the hazard and roof switch.

I am not sure how to explain it, but I just need that plastic part that goes around the hazard switch and and roof switch. I don't need the whole bezel that goes around the shifter. Just that piece. It needs to be for a 2003 because it is brushed aluminum. I know the 00-01's were black.

Anyone have this part? The dealer told me that they can only order me a completely new console and cannot get individual parts from the console.

Your dealer is correct. It is not a part connected to the console, it is part of the console. The part the goes around the shifter boot and the swiches is a speperate but welded to the console. This is the part that has to be removed to replace the shift boot. When that part is removed to replace the shift boot, see can plainly see that it is part of the center console, and just painted silver.

Look like if you want to replace it, you will have to spend 130 for the whole console...

Look at this PDF for the shift boot installation, it has some pictures that will show you what I mean. http://www.ricks2k.com/info/instructions/shiftboot.pdf

PM Hardtopguy for a price. His pricing is always better than your local dealer. The price I posted for it was rounded up from HondaAutomotiveParts.com, so even they were better then your dealer.

Also a number of early model year owners (MY00-01) replaced this part with their hardtop installation. You might find one used?

Good luck
