Looks like the bulkhead sits higher and would need to come out to run the harnesses.
So you would need oem tabs welded in if you want to keep them...

S2Kitt: I think what you should get is a single diagonal with the standard height harness bar, and seat belt tabs.

The single diagonal design might not look as cool, but it's actually stronger since the diagonal goes from corner to corner of the rollbar. If you look at something like that NASA rule book, you'll see that single diagonal is the preferred design. (You can legally run a double diagonal, but it's not as strong, and more expensive, so why bother?)

For the standard height harness bar: If you want the lower harness bar, you'll have to lose your seat belts. The bulkhead that the belts attach to is in the way of the harness in the lowered configuration. Standard height lets you keep your seat belts.

The seat belt tabs are nice because they let you remove the stock roll hoops, and keep your seat belts.

Just my 0.02.

That is the most flexible use design.

This is why I asked, wasn't sure if you had a specific reason for the double diagonal. Be aware that if you do decide to go with harnesses, the higher harness bar is set too high to be at the optimum angle. Unless you want to ditch your OEM seat belts you don't really have a choice.

[QUOTE=TrumpetTitan,Feb 1 2011, 12:13 PM]I'm looking for any track event that I can run without a roll bar.

hmmm....................

So what your saying is that i need to make up my mind about having harnesses or OE belts for good before ordering due to the layouts.

ok then thats my bad. i thought since it was an option on the Hard Dog page that it would all go together. thats kinda cool in a way cuz now it look like the pricw will be a lil cheaper.

Side note: w/ having the roll bar will they let you run topless? just curious

all convertibles are supposed to be topless while on track unless you have a hardtop.
