I suppose that's what I'll lean towards as I slowly collect the parts to run the car how I'd ultimately like to.

If someone would buy some of the parts I have for sale that would help fund all of this *hint hint

So from looking around (and this might not be current) It appears the single bend/double diagonal rollbar allows a little more travel with the factory seat than the dual bend rollbar with a single diagonal. I'm wondering if that might do the trick for me

I think for mine with the single diagonal the seat clearance is not really affected as far as driver's seat, but passenger definitely is. Although I'm 5'7" and slide the seat up some anyway, so hard for me to say. There's a lot of cases where it sucks being a little guy but this is one thing where it's nice being short

Yeah. I have mixed feelings about being smaller. With my Recaro I don't even need to put the seat back all the way. I'm 6' tall and about 235lbs so I'm a fairly big guy for the car but the low bucket makes the inside of the car feel so much bigger. I think you can imagine how I need every bit of room I can get.

I learned the hard way with my other car how bad it sucks to keep changing things up so I'm trying not to do that with this one. I've got an idea in my head and I'm going to follow through on it for once. Might take a while but I'll get there.
