I asked Eric about it and he told me that they last longer on street driven cars, but they will still crack from the heat at the track. Plus they cost more than normal rotors.

Understanding that they still crack, I was wondering if they crack less often / last longer. (Enough to make up the cost.)

That is the Brembo ones that I have problem with last weekend. The RP2 sticks so much and warp easily. The only way to scrape off the RP2 deposits is to do metal to metal braking.
