The FATT Instructor Clinic info is out:
I will be attending the FATT instructor clinic on 2/19. Hope to see some of you there. It would be great to be paired with one of you "experienced" instructors.

Jim, the Rally looks awesome!

I will make one of those dates. Noob instructors get teamed up with red-shirt BSR instructors.

Bring Dramamine, you will be sliding around in a Crown Vic or Caprice

I'll be there on the 19th. This will be my 4th BSR Instructor clinic.

Would you be Auto-crossing that Miata in STR this year?

For those not my facebook friend, I won 2nd place in my class at the SCCA National Eastern States Rallycross Championship in Connecticut this weekend in my Civic.

It was a Blast! They got around 22-30 inches of snow in the middle of last week.

The changing grip levels were unreal, going from a semi hard recycled aspalt to gravel to loose snow to a sheet of ice.

That being said tons of cars had to be pulled out of snow banks by trucks.

Here are a few pictures of the event:

The car did sustain some battle damage thanks to a large wall of snow in an icey section.

That looks like fun. What kind of tires do you use?

I used Firestone Winterforces, but we found out when we got there that studded tires were legal if there is snow and ice. There was no way to keep up with guys running studs.

They are not r-comps. You can't use R-comps in STR.
