Today has been a very long day for me also. Changed engine oil, trans and diff fluid, installed R/L fenders liners, installed battery tie down, adjusted trunk alignment, adjusted HT to eliminate wind noise, cleaned all wheels and 500 bucks up in smoke and have not washed the car yet.
Tomorrow continue to install the rest of the front under body panels. Note to self, don't lose any plastic pins and under body panel bolts, they are very expensive!
. Maybe wash the car if not that windy anymore, armor all interior and clean engine bay. 
And then continue fixing my daughter's Jeep.

Matt, my dad said the baffle would be no problem, except that his brand new machine is headed back to Miller to get repaired. If your in a hurry to get it done I would recommend looking around for somebody else. If not, I will let you know as soon as he gets it back.
Pete, he said he can do Ti, but because he doesn't normally do it he would have to buy the wire roll for it and it just wouldn't be cost effective for either you. Give the guys at Arcet a call and they can most likely find someone to help you out. Check their website for one near you and tell them what you need.

Installed new rear wheel bearings yesterday, wasn't actually too bad. Glad I bought new hubs though, old ones were looking pretty rough.
I don't think 18s are a bad idea if you can afford the tires. You can actually find wider tires in 18s which is why the S2000 that ran in the world challenge series ran them.

^I guess the question wouuld be, in an r compound tire, how much wider do you need to go than the 255? Would a wider tire get up to optimal temps?
It seems like there are a decent amount of 275/40/17 and 275/35/18 tires...both are almost exactly same height, which is around an inch taller than stock. One size that comes in Kumho V710 is the 285/30/18...about the same height as stock. This might be a decent option. But i agree with the rest, get cheap 17s square for the track and 18s for the street.

Just one thing to be aware of, you have good clearance in the rear with the cut fenders and overfenders, but with the pulled OEMs on the front I don't think you have as much room to play with, if you are wanting to stay square
