Well, not final. 
Cale's BBQ is Nov 3 so I changed it (again) to Nov 10. This is absolutely the last change!

The dates: Oct 18-20, 2013
The Place: Hilton Garden Inn, Winchester Va.
Hotel price is: $94/night (The rates are good Thursday through Monday and include a private Breakfast Buffet on Saturday and Sunday. Come early and stay late)
Make sure you ask for the Fall Colors 2013 rate.
Registration pricing is: $70 for the driver and $65 passenger
Registration includes: Event magnet for the driver, nametag and lanyard for driver and passenger, the Friday night reception and the Saturday banquet. Friendship and camaraderie are guaranteed and priceless.
Tentative Itinerary:
Friday:
Early arrival. Enjoy a drink at the bar, relax and get ready for the cocktail party/reception at 6:00.
6:00 to 10:00pm: Cocktail Party/Reception in Meeting Room AB.
Saturday: The Drive:
8:30 -- Drivers meeting in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
9:00 -- First group departs hotel
9:15 -- Second group departs hotel
11:30 -- Lunch for first group
11:45 -- Lunch for second group
Approx. 4:00pm -- First group returns to hotel
Approx. 4:15pm -- Second group returns to hotel
6:00pm -- Cocktails in Meeting Room AB
6:30pm -- Dinner
