The car was then dropped off for a clear bra install with 70 miles on the odometer. Here it is resting at home.

Now I need to vacate a garage spot from my friends built LS rx7. My rx7 will be staying put though.

My rx7 will remain the track and nice weather car as it does everything performance oriented better than the wrx. The wrx will be great for bad weather situations though.
Sweet looking ride, Jason. Congrats!

Looks like a fun and comfortable car. Enjoy!

Looking good Dave!

SHAMELESS PLUG: Anyone need any track parts? Got Dave an OMP wheel and Matt a nice new Pro Racer Hans seat...would be my pleasure to help get you ready for the year!

Obligatory armchair cage critique...

David, your door bars look really low. Are you adding a third one up higher or out into the door cavity? Or is it just the angle of the photo?

The angle of that picture is pretty deceiving. In the first pic you can see where the door panel is cut out. The upper bar barely fits inside the top of that opening. With the car being as small as it is the upper bar is starts out lower in the front and angles upward to help with getting in and out of it. I still think it will take a lot of practice in the garage before I am willing to get in and out of it in front of people. Anybody know a decent yoga instructor?

Here is a pic with a Hans and nosy dog for size comparison. Tiny car is tiny.

So I am just starting to kind of plan ahead for if I get the harnesses.

On this page, what do you guys think are good options? http://www.schrothracing.com/competition

My head starts to spin looking at all the different options. It seems like the Profi-II-6 or the Hybrid-II are the best options.

Any thoughts?

I use a Profi II with 2" shoulder belt in order to work with my HANs and Profi II with 3" shoulder belt for my passenger.

Thanks Pete. So if I don't use a HANS I should go with the 3" belt huh?
