Nice Mo!

The last minute change of plans due to the Shut-down was well done. Organizers did a great job!

The drive/line-up by colors was an awesome idea. I'd hate to see that end. The Duncan Donuts meeting was way too long. We need to start sooner to avoid traffic.

Each group should have two drivers who know the course. One at the front, one in back. Like herding sheep. People should be able to keep up to in the group they choose: Fast, Medium, Slow.

Lunch was ridiculously slow. If you have more people next year, it'll be even worse.

Definitely sell T-shirts to recoup costs. Itemize what costs are so members can appreciate what is being done and contribute accordingly.

Don't allow idiots to backfire their cars. It only annoys folks and draws attention to us. No more taping up your hoods. That Spa Yellow driver is a cool guy but he ruined tons of great shots!

Looking forward to next year!

It looks like this was a success for the most part. Congratulations! Most of the drives I've participated in were limited to no more than 50 cars - five drive groups with leaders and (many times) cabooses. The drive leaders got together and practiced the run beforehand. This system works very well, but it requires a lot more coordination, time, etc for the organizers/drive leaders. Does pay off in the end, though. No surprises, or at least not many!

This is random and I haven't been active on the boards since this meet, but did we ever get the video that the guy w/ the LBP AP2 w/ HT was shooting?? I'm curious to see it.

Chris is working on it. He had some things he had to take care of personally but I believe it is coming together. More footage was also sent to him pretty recently so I believe he is also trying to work that in.
