but most of not all of those tracks require an aftermarket roll bar.
Capital Driving Club has a pretty good FAQ on its website about what autox is.
I've found it a great way to learn to push the car. More importantly, i've met a number of other s2k drivers and had the privilege to ride in their cars when they run - to better show me what i'm NOT doing effectively enough. There are a few good Autox schedule threads in the area.
I know CDC is running at Bowie this weekend - and other clubs will use the same site (mazda club is running the following week).

Wish you didn't need one. I'd love to get out to an HPDE this summer. Autox is cheap and fun though.
