Default Back in the shop...

I need to vent. But, if anyone can help me it would be appreciated too. My car is back at the dealer, again. I bought it in July and first noticed and reported the problem to the dealer at the end of August. Why am I being charged a $90/hour diagnostic fee that will not be covered by Honda for their Pre-Certified pile of poo?? This problem obviously existed at the time of purchase.

Ok, now the problem for those that do not know the story. Please, if anyone has experienced this let me know. I have exhaustingly searched the boards and found nothing though. At speeds the water temperture is maintained very well. It is not until I have been traveling for some distance and then either 1) stop and idle 2) crawl along in stop and go traffic 15mph and below. It begins to over heat, almost immediately. My instinct is that the high speed fan is not coming on, however, the 1st tech argues that this is not the case.

I just received a call that they got the problem to repeat and finally recognize that it does occur. But, I feel I am being robbed by paying $90/hour for diagnostic of a problem that should have been discovered before this car was even moved to the sales lot. If this problem developed long after I bought it, my situation would still suck but I don't think I would feel as I do right now. I understand things go wrong with cars and they need to be fixed. I do however feel misrepresented in buying a "Certified" used car. I would have had just as good of luck with a blind-fold and some eBay listings instead...

Can I ask what Honda youre dealing with? I've seen Criswell Honda really pull through for a lot of people here. I'd def go to them if I had troubles with anything else.
