The beast is back!
Long story short, all four corners decided to seize up during the 7 or so months I wasn't driving the ol' girl. I spent many many weeks trying to find the problem, going so far as to rebuild all four calipers and push more than a gallon of fluid through the hoses trying to get them working again, but no luck. I don't work well in the cold, so I unfortunately had to let a shop take care of the remaining work.
They replaced all four calipers to the tune of $1,300
but at least she's back up and running.
I still need to bed in the pads because they're the originals (removed long before they were through), and the race pads that were on the car did a nice job wearing in the rotors
No one can come up with an explanation as to why the calipers (all four) were causing such an issue).

Rob, Very weird, which is why no one could really offer a solution. I figured replacing all four calipers would be just the tip of the iceberg in the fix-it cost arena when you consider I just rebuilt all four, but obviously there was something I missed (and I still don't know what that is). Still, I was very happy to see the caliper swap fixed it.
Cory, I didn't do too bad on parts... I think I paid about $600(ish) for all four calipers, the rest was labor. I know I could have done a bit better if I had the time to look myself, but time is limited for me.
