Everything you see in the pics came from www.ricks2k.com and the total price was $670 for everything. (shipping is a little more but since I'm local it wasn't a lot)

Except the grill inserts. They're from www.grille-tech.com and I think they have a pretty decent group buy deal for the 3 inserts. I dremeled out the small faux vents and then attached the smaller ones using the black pull ties. You can barely see, I put them in the top left and bottom right corners plus they wedge in there pretty tight.
