it is a fuel pressure sensor DTC, u have to back probe it last, to check the PCM

but pull the back up fuse and PCM/ECU fuse for 10 sec. to reset...... see how that goes.... I am a HONDA MASTER TECH in NOVA

in the end, may be bad fuel, bad PCM, or faulty wiring to get this prob., also check your platinum plugs/ ign coils too, make sure they are all in top shape. Maybe to a comp.test to see the integrity of your engine completely also. Lemme know if I can help?
