It's not that you have to forget, but you have to accept whatever happen. Only Time is the true healer for heartache or whatever is bothering you Chad. Everyone has had these things happen in one form or another and each handle it in their own way im sure. But like Rob said, if you need anything man don't be afraid to ask.
