I finally picked up a MY02, red, hard top. It is truly fantastic. I have been checking the oil every time I fill up and have a question regarding oil level. I have read on this board that it is important to check both sides of the dipstick to determine the actual oil level. One side of the dipstick indicates 'high' while the other side indicates 'low'.

What procedures to you use to determine the actual oil level? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
