They have agreed to fix it. I didn't have to push, but they've called Honda and said that Honda agreed to fix it. So they are going to order the clutch and I give me a call when it arrives and I'll have my car back in the mean time.

Seriously though, it wasn't a fight at all. They didn't even diag it, there were no new miles on the car when I picked it up. They are just taking my word for it. Guess I sound trust worthy. They ordered the clutch this afternoon and will have it in tomorrow or wednesday.
Guess I can pratice launching with this one now
