We woke up so late that we were kinda rushed to get home

I was gonna ask you that too Do you have the EDFC?
Nah.. EDFC is only available on the Tein FLEX. Even if i did get the FLEX i personally wouldnt get the EDFC.. some people may feel differently, but i just feel like its an extra electrical component in the car that is a waste of space.

From looking at the spring rates on the CS, it seems like the spring rates may be a bit on the soft side for tracking the car.
Isn't there additions I could add on if I was going to track in the future?

Thanks
J

I think the edfc is handy. I don't have it, but Dylan (blue03s2k) has it. You can check it out on Sunday at the wash and wax meet.

If you can get higher spring rates so you can swap out for track events, that would be ideal. You would just have to get the car realigned when you swapped springs.

I love teins!! flex's, CS's,RS's.. all of them. alittle HBO

TEIN Type FLEX damper kit was designed to provide driving comfort and sports performance with its full-length adjustment system.
Flex
*16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together
* Teflon coating for rust prevention
* Compatible with EDFC

CS
Tein Type CS Damper Kits are designed as a "Comfort-Providing Shock Absorber" for those seeking higher quality of comfort. It has adopted mono-tube type to realize Heightening road holding, a designed hardness rubber upper mount for noise proofing, and a completed spring and upper mount with absorber for reduced installation time

TEIN RS Damper

Type RS damper has the advantage over the RA and RE with its damping force adjustment feature. With separate compression and rebound adjustment (16 levels X 16 levels), this allows the driver to set up the suspension damping force to meet any track conditions. Furthermore, wishbone suspension and multi-link suspension have a reserve oil tank for larger oil capacity. Strut type dampers are designed with inverted shocks for more horizontal stability.

*Mono-tube design for maximum performance.

Compression and rebound damping force is adjustable separately (16 levels X 16 levels).
Extra reserve oil tank for larger oil capacity for wishbone and multi-link suspension.
Inverted structure for more horizontal stability for strut type suspension.
Exclusively designed pillow ball upper mounts for optimize performance.

they have a few more but these are my favs!

If this is mainly for the street with minimal track, what is the motivation to get coilovers? Is there something in particular you are trying to improve over the OEM springs/shocks?
