If you were happy with the stock spring rates, then the CS should be pretty good (based on my recollection of stock spring rates). I would just find out if you can get alternate springs for the setup if you choose to in the future. You probably wouldn't be able to go too crazy since the shocks will be valved for the spring rates they come with.

If you can handle something stiff, the RA may be a better choice.

Unless Tein has a facility here in the US to service their product, I say If you go with the CS, then you obviously are buying it for its name. There is no other benefit over stock except for height control, IMO.

You should be buying tires first anyways!!!

My stock set up is just about shot.. I also want something lower as well...

I'm not sure what springs you have, but maybe you could just get shocks like the Koni Yellows. I don't know if they will compliment your springs though. List your springs and their rates. Someone might have an idea of what shock to use. (Just an alternative idea)

And I agree with Skip about tires. But, its the summer, so we dont really need tread! (Just dont drive in the rain!)
