i just got out of court yesterday for a ticket going 39 at a 30 mph zone.

i didnt loose my license but got "repremanded" and its going to stick in my record for some years.

ive gotten tickets for some rather unusual events like the "rolling stop" "going 39 on a 30" "noise plution"

maybe because im young and i drive modded cars(2 of those ticktes came from a slammed GSR and a slammed civic)

thats a big hit for you, hopefully your appeal goes well.

Why? The OP never states what kind of previous record he has. He doesn't say what time of day/night it was. We don't know his age.

What is a terrible injustice is folks believing something on the internet, especially when only one side is represented.

Given the posted facts and known evidence, I don't see how he could be convicted beyond reasonable doubt. Furthermore, I've seen my share of overzealous prosecutors who don
