Default emissons testing with aftermarket ems.

Looking at grabbing and going supercharged in the near future. Anyone here passing MD emissions with aem v2?

I'm living in DE at the moment. I don't think you will pass with aem if you have to hook up to an OBII for emissions. You are gonna have to swap the stock ecu in and all the other fun stuff to pass emissions...

Correct, aem removes obdII functionality iirc. If your state hooks into that then you're sol.

Unfortunately not. I'm boosted and running the haltech. In order to pass emissions you will have to make sure your O2 sensors are working properly, switch to the stock map sensor, put in the stock injectors, and put in the stock ecu to pass...it sucks

Not really sure about kpro don't quote me on this someone else my need to chime in. I believe you can pass with kpro however it will come up as an rsx type s on the computer if they checking the car realizes it is not an rsx you will be screwed and have to replace the stock ecu and all the sensors to pass which is more of a headache than having the haltech or aem. Hope this helps.

I passed with the kpro. Obd2 functionality remains.

An that note, does anybody know if there is a visual component at all? I'm running a Berk TP, so my CEL isn't on but I don't want to fail because they didn't see something under the car.
