Default Failed Maryland State Inspection help!

I took my AP2 to Mr. Tire and they failed me for multiple things but one of the was my ride height. The inspector told me that my car needed to measure 24" from the ground to the center of my headlight. At first I wasn't surprised since my car is really low but I just adjusted my suspension and my car wont get any higher than 23" and it looks retarded. There has to be something I can do because im sure my car is currently sitting higher than stock.

That sucks man. This happened to me also. I just bought stock suspension and swapped it out for the inspection, the work sucked but I got shocks and springs for 100$, and now I have the stock suspension to go back to if I ever sell the car. Or you have any monster truck tires laying around?

MD state requirements applicable to your situation, at least of a certain date, are here, about 40% of the way down the page, in the text below Figure 22:

I wonder what the center headlight lens height is on a totally stock (including wheels and tires at spec inflation) S? If something like 24-1/2 inches, that doesn't leave much room for changes.

It all depends on where you take it.

I am really sorry that you went through the trouble of raising your car all the way up I don't exactly remember where I had mine inspected, but I am sure the next place you take it to will give you a pass
