i talked with NASA organizer about hpde... cost is $295 for two days, 3 25 minute sessions per day. FATT is 195 a day with 4 20 minute track seesions and 1 skid pad session.

hpde1 is no experience and you get instructors in car, pass on straights with point, 2 class sessions

2 is limited track time, pass on straight with point, 2 class sessions, instructors in car

3 is experienced with more than 12 days at more than 1 track, pass anywhere with point, and only have to sit in 1 class, instructors available if desired

4 is instructors or people with racing licenses.

NASA has 2 more events at SP, but october 23,23 one is same dates as FC. last one is nov 6,7

and i guess scot is too modest to mention that he was the H1 class winner in his s2000 on sunday....

Keith - i totally forgot about the difference in track time.... but.... you do get 150 minutes of track time for $295 - $2.00 per minute..... FATT you get 80 minutes for $195 - $2.44 per minute.... ahaha..

It was just an option since the FATT's seem to be filled up until 2008.

O ya.... thanks for the ride! That was my first Ferrari ride! I had a previously Countach ride.... nothing exotic left that i even want to ride in.

Hey AndyP, glad to hear from you. The car is as good as the day I drove it off the lot from Jim Coleman Honda. Thanks again for one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

The S handled great on the track. I think everyone should run this car to it's limits every once in a while and better to do so at the track then on the street.
