Alright, I'm gonna go ahead and ask the question anyway. (The one I edited out above.) This whole test pipe thing is new to me. What do you guys do come emissions time? Is it a huge PITA to keep the cat stored replace it each year? If it's an easy swap ( < 1 hour ) I can see doing it.

Changing out a test pipe & cat converter can be a very easy job, just depends on whether or not the bolts are easy for you to break loose.

Hampton Roads area doesn't have emissions, only state inspections.

 

Make friends with the local emissions fella.
