Default Getting A New S2000 In N. Virginia

Hi! Long time lurker, first post...

I'm only a few short weeks away from starting the buying process for a S2K. Just curious if anyone local to Alexandria would have any suggestions on a good local dealer. I've visited a few and most seem to be gauging the prices (Landmark +7k over MSRP!!). Any one successful in doing better? Worse comes to worse I'd go through the HardTopGuys, but it would be nice not to have to make that drive.

Any so, any recommendations for a audio/alarm installer in the area?

Best,

Cathan

^ I've only dealt with Rosenthal at Tysons and Brown in Arlington for service. Satisfied with them. Bought mine used, so can't really give you advice on buying new. If you are waiting a few weeks, why not consider an '05? Or are you hoping to make a deal on an end-of-year '04? I would think it would be hard to bargain locally...Good luck and welcome to Mid-A!

Give me a call and I'll get you the best pricing, locally, on a new '04 S2K. What are your color choices?

Thanks for the warm welcome. MY05 or MY04 preference is still up in the air. It depends on the MY05 changes and new colors (if any). My color choices seem to be changing on a daily basis. I've gone from blue, to yellow, to silver/red, to white and now full circle back to blue.

And yep, I spot that white one in your inventory Andy , just not ready yet. But I'm sure I'll send you a note once I am.

Best,

Cathan

i've heard that they haven't made any color changes in '05.. i will be in the market as well pretty soon and from what i've heard, there is only an XM radio difference..other than that, the car is the same. don't quote me on this though

good luck!

Hey it's no problem. I no longer work for Jim Coleman Honda but I can get you the best pricing there and have done so for a few people in the last couple of months. Just let me know what colors interest you and I'll help you find it.

Cool. Thanks!

And ideas on the audio installer front. Not a CC or BB fan. Prefer a smaller custom shop. I've stopped by Myer-Emco and while they have nice gear, their pricing leaves a bit to be desired.
