well my car is paid off.. so no need to worry about car payments...i think ill give your wife janet a call to speak to one of the lawyers...

In way over your head on this one.

I'm pretty sure you can only take it once every couple years.

You have got to be out of your mind for paying $570 a month on insurance.

And since it's a reckless, I believe those new hefty civil fines apply on top of the fine of the ticket and court fees.

You're 18yrs old and your 2006 is Paid off Sell the car, get a lawyer, get a beater and pocket some Cash$$$$

how did you buy the car and also how do you afford $3,420 every 6 months for insurance? at the age of 18? that's insane!
