Hey,

Thinking of getting a set of Invidia Headers, but think I will have issues installing myself. The seller said they had to lower the engine by undoing the mounts, etc... That is definitely above my ability...I was thinking I just had to jack up the engine a little to get the headers to fit.

Are there any locals that would be willing to do a header install?

Headers on the S aren't that bad. Worst you might have to do is remove the motor mount on that side to get the new one in (the OEM can come out on its own).

 

I've NEVER had to remove a motor mount for a header/manifold install. Easy peezy, out of the bottom.

 

Yeah I agree it's simple enough. I wouldn't mind helping but I have no place to do it and you're about an hour from me lol
