Thanks, again, for the help. I went to Criswell Honda in Germantown, MD and they were A+. Great experience, great service, and I highly recommend. They were also significantly less than Herson's Honda. Herson's charged $145 and Criswell offered $45.00. Huge difference. They've just gained a very loyal and happy customer. BTW, ask for Nguyen. He's the performance parts specialist there. They'll honor the factory warranty if you get any aftermarkert parts installed thru them. Happy holidays!!

I have never paid for more than the usual cost for an oil change at west broad honda in richmond va. My service guy tells me that those scheduled typed services are a waste on my car since most of the items they need to check they can't do. They don't change my filter, rotate my tires etc.... so, it is just a normal service for me.

Nguyen is a good guy. He's a member of Absolute Imports and is known very well in the import scene.

Glad to hear that your first service went well. AND...Evan - sorry to hear that you didn't have as good an experience the last time.
