Very simple answer to this question.

Go and see it in person. Mock it up to your bumper. If it fits perfectly it's OEM, if not, replica.

Wouldn't an OEM have some markings on the inside to identify it? I have one sitting on a shelf at home I can check but wouldn't be able to let you know until later tonight.

I just purchased an OEM GPW AP2 lip & mine looked like that but it did come with the weather stripping. It should have an Honda stamp on the non painted side of the lip. That would be the clear indicator IMO.

Just do a test fit and get it if it fits perfectly. You can buy the weatherstripping and double sided tape to install it from a Honda dealer.

I would go check it out in person and check for the following:
1) Fitment
2) Paint integrity/match

If those are spot on and you can negotiate a favorable price, I'd say go for it. It's just a lip and it's going to get scratched up, so if you get a good deal on a lip that fits nice and matches your paint, does it really matter if its a rep or OEM? You can always swap it out down the road, right?

I'm about 85% sure thats OEM. I have a replica and its faaaaarrr more wavy then that on the bottom. Plus the bottom of the OEM is different just like the picture above shows. If it's not an oem then its a damn good quality replica.

Thanks for all feedback guys! I'm meeting up with the seller later this afternoon. I'll take into consideration of fitting it along with my bumper, paint match, as well as checking out to see if it has a Honda stamp placed anywhere on it (considering if Honda does that for lips).

Definitely just check it out in person. It should say Honda on it somewhere.

I just bought it! I met the guy up and asked if he was willing to drop the price to $100 and he didn't mind one bit. I did a quick examination of the lip and mocked it up against my bumper as well. I bought the lip itself and I'll have to order the hardware and double sided tape for it when I go back to NoVa. But here's some pictures and sorry that's it dirty. Let me know what you guys think!

I don't know if you guys can read it but on both sides of the lip it says Honda Made in Japan and then a part number right below it.

Fitments off on the sides since I don't have the hardware for it.

Cheers.
