Default how to get liquid wax off soft top?

I detailed my car today from de bug and tar to clay baring it and 3 stages of waxing... but the buffer threw a little bit of wax on my top


Any help would be great!!!

Meguiar's Quik Detailer works pretty well when I get wax on plastic trim, it might work do the trick on the soft top too. Mr. Clean Magic Erasers also are excellent for removing wax. You'll probably want to do a small test spot with any product you use though to make sure it doesn't stain the top.

dish soap. it strips it off paint so it should a soft top, too

keep in mind dish soap strips away your clearcoat. spot test petroleum jelly.

Raggtop Cleaner and Conditoner Kit, it's $80 but its worth it.

Really cleans the soft top, then you apply the conditioner and it literally repels any liquid that hits the soft top. Water just hits the soft top and runs off.

Did you find something that worked? Just picked my car up from the body shop today and it looks like there is a little bit of splatter on my top. Probably from when they buffed the paint.

Haven't yet.. and pob won't till later this week..


Zeke ( tacocat) told me his had the same.. over time it will go away.. lol
