I wasn't going to attend, but some friends from grassroots just told me they finished setting up their booth. I'm sure I'll see some of you folks tomorrow.

I was only there for a bit this morning. Good seeing a few you of you there. I wish you the best of luck on the track. It was a beautiful day for it.

I'm posting about 25 out of over 100 and rather large in size please be patient. If you want copies of any of them just PM me. Do NOT try to order from the site.
**To the owners of the vehicles, sorry I didn't ask for permission to take pictures or post them. If you want them taken down please let me know.**

We had a big turnout for the Hyperfest, I've never seen Summit point so busy. All three tracks were in use. I was stuck over on the Jefferson Circuit instructing in a FATT-like HPDE. The students and cars were surprisingly quick and competent. I was expecting a bunch of no-talent show cars on the track but I was pleasently surprised. We had so many people show up for the shotgun rides they let me drive the backup BSR "white whale" to take brave souls out for five "fast" laps around the Jefferson. It's really fun flogging those cars around the track.
At lunch I got to see some of the drifters on the Main Circuit--they're freakin' amazing.
Thanks Calvin for hauling my tires out for me. Tell your friends that helped I really appreciate their help. I corded my left front at yesterday's FATT so I really need them. I'll post some video from the FATT later--my fastest lap was a 128.2 with tires on their last gasp.
Mani, It was good seeing you and sorry I didn't get to see more of you guys but we didn't finish up at the JC until 5:30pm and I'm heading out tomorrow on a trip so I've got some prep to do and couldn't stay.
Have fun tonight and drive carefully on the way home,
Rob

Who was the yellow s2000 racing in the stingray race? You got stuck behind the miata mess
I was there and it was a great event, the 911s that were there were sexy, some of the domestic cars were nice as well like that mustang drift car :WOOO:
The races were great for car lovers, I can't believe people would schedule a bbq away from this event when you could have bbq'd at the track and seen some really nice cars. I mean can you beat the sound of that loud ass 993 (bel air car)

I was very impressed with the volume and variety of the track events. There's something interesting on the main circuit almost every minute of the day. Open practice was very busy when I rolled in at 8:20am.
I highly recommend everyone come out next year, bring a cooler and picnic basket and have a great time watching everything from wheel-to-wheel racing to roll over contests.
