Thanks for the vote though. I don't have the time, I have the will and the love of this community, but just not the time it really takes.

Hope to see you soon Val.

Alright for everyone including Chad. I have been lurking alot. I didn't respond b/c in all honesty I didn't know what to say. I'm thankful for the few real friends I have on here who have sent PMs concerned about what has been going on in my life. I've been making alot of changes lately. I've had a big deal with my health lately for about the past 4 months. I didn't think it was important to post this on an open forum but I do feel its been a direct attack on me by ahem a few people. I have owned my S for 6 years now. Ans Yes it is now paid off. I have been a member on here for almost 5 years now and seen alot of changes happen. Seen alot of good people leave. I even had to make personal phone calls to individuals to cool some public stuff going on. Just b/c everyone doesn't see everything I have done please don't assume that I haven't done anything. I've brought so many people to this site that would have never ever been here. I even got another guy at my work to buy an S. Which he is very happy with. If you want me to step down than I will. I would really prefer not to. I feel that I've gotten myself to a pretty good place right now. And I'm looking forward to the spring. I have also been hanging out in the Annapolis area alot. I know that we have a good group of people in the Bowie, Crofton and Annapolis area that have no one to plan stuff for. I'm also hoping to move there as well as find a new job in that area. I think I've gotten a little off topic here now. But the majority of the people on here know me personally so I feel that its ok. I do think that the Mid-A is a big area. And I do agree that MD should have 2 COs. If you all will still have me I'd like to really be a huge part of our group. You all do know we have ups n downs in our lives. Its not that my priorities have changed. I love my freakin car and all my great friends I have met here. I think that my physical health was a little more important to take care of. I also feel that if any of you knew this than maybe there wouldn't have been such a personal attack on me.

For right now this is all I can think of to say. It trueluy has hurt my feelings to go through and read this thread.

^ It is a shame that feelings have been hurt in all this, but perhaps if communication had been more open the past few months, some of it might have been avoided. I think Mid-A is suffering right now and needs some changes, however that gets accomplished. A big part of keeping the community together is having events. Alot of the events that have been organized recently have been on an ad hoc basis by members other than the COs. I organized some NOVA drives myself (along with gfacter and matt_inva).

It is great that members have enthusiasm, but it really is the COs' responsibility to take the lead in organizing and keeping the community together. That's what has been missing, and what I hope won't be missing much longer. I realize some negotiations are going on behind the scenes, so let's look forward to a resolution that will benefit everyone soon!

I've been really happy with Alex, and I really do personally like J from the few times I've met her, but I agree 100% with the comments I quoted.

I'm starting a new thread with a poll, and locking this one.
