we've had our problems here and there alex.. but lately you've been cool..

are you trying to do the thing that's been happening.. one CO in the north and one CO in the south?? since the mid a is quite a large area... or does it not matter anymore??

 

naveed will never work.. he'll kirk out and you're banned.. ... eventually everyone in mid a will be banned.. hahahahahaha..

 

Alex, it will be sad to see you go! As a newbie to this site, you have excellent advice and you are currently helping me get in to the S at your Honda store is AWESOME. I really appreciate your help. From the little time that I have known you, you have helped tremendously.....

Alex...first, pin this thread. It's important. Next, having done this twice now (selected two co-COs, I mean), I suggest you get a list together of peeps interested in being CO, or nominated. If peeps don't want to post publicly, they can PM you for advice. Then post a poll of the top three (if you have that many to choose from). Select one of those. (In my case, the last time only one stepped up to the plate. But that person was an excellent person for the job, and everyone approved.)

The membership's votes are important, but you need to reserve the right to make the final selection yourself/with J, since it has to be someone the co-CO can work with effectively. Good luck, and I'm very sorry to see you go. I do agree that the CO should be someone with an S, and from SOVA. Thanks for your hard work!!
