Just FYI, I went to the Harbor last year for the fireworks and they downright sucked. I was in DC the year before and they rocked. To put it into a comparison, my local towns fireworks last night dwarfed the Harbors by far. I'd say its worth the extra drive to go to DC.

Also there are fireworks tomorrow night and the 4th at Oregon Ridge Park which I have been to numerous times. There are some great photography spots along the highway as you can see it from there.

Go check out Oregon Ridge Park @ 10ish.

They have the BSO there every year, I have been to the past 3, its a ticketed show but you can easily park at the P&R at 10ish right off the highway near the golf course and check out the fireworks. I think they begin at 10:30. I'd be there by 10 to be safe.

Also there are some good spots if you hit the golf course or the back lot of kelly and associates right near HighView, Basketball court FTW!

i would love to go to DC but have to be a work on thurs so thats out for this year, i think that i have found a new location in philly that i can park and ride my bike to in center city.
