My car will be arriving into Norfolk off the boat from Germany around Mid-April and when I took my front license plate off I noticed the mount I had rubbed the paint off of a section of my front bumper. Can anyone recommend a painter? I'll be located in the Norfolk area but willing to travel to drop it off somewhere if need be.
