To all of you have been fortunate to attend any Compact show at the Carlisle Fairgrounds know that this is the mecca of shows. Rumor has it that it is even better than NOPI Nationals. You also would know that for the past few years Carlisle Productions were stupid enough to move the show to various spots in Pa and Ohio. Well this year at SEMA a rep from Carlisle Productions hinted that the show would be back at the fairgrounds this year. To ensure the return to the promise land I encourage everyone to voice their opinion on the Carlisle Forum.

nopi events suck... .... it's just full of ricers... ... so i'd hope this one is way better..

 

carlisle used to be a good time....it just got stopped b/c of kids being douchebags and underagers in the car show were getting drunk openly by there cars

yeah i was at the last even at the fairgrounds, alot of ricers there, still had a ton of fun, but to many minors running around openly drunk like dan said, i was told a gun was pulled on someone in a hotel room and a combo of that and the way we drive while were there is why they did it, but when i go to classic carlise, all kinds of guys smokin em and doin donuts, def need to get it back there minus the ricers!

 

that carlisle show is a lot of kids with neon's and cavaliers that look really really stupid! Then there are guys with more $ who make Maxima's, S2000's and 350Z's look really really stupid.

I think it is dumb of carlisle as a town to miss out on $5M in tourist $ (food, drinks, hotel, etc....) just due to a handfull of stupid kids getting out of hand...... on the other hand...... the cars are mostly garbage with pepboys crap all over them.
