To all of you have been fortunate to attend any Compact show at the Carlisle Fairgrounds know that this is the mecca of shows. Rumor has it that it is even better than NOPI Nationals. You also would know that for the past few years Carlisle Productions were stupid enough to move the show to various spots in Pa and Ohio. Well this year at SEMA a rep from Carlisle Productions hinted that the show would be back at the fairgrounds this year. To ensure the return to the promise land I encourage everyone to voice their opinion on the Carlisle Forum.

I've attended Corvettes at Carlisle numerous times with my Uncle who has a '63 and a '93. That is a pretty spectacular event. Not sure about NOPI, though. I'm a young guy but those shows look more like raves and burn-out contests than anything else. I'd enjoy the NOPI chicks, though!

They canceled it at the fairground because the kids where to destructive . I have gone many different years . From the import shows to the mini truck shows . I don't go to any of the show anymore because they are no fun . I tend to get to pissed off and start with everyone for there ignorance . Maybe i'm just getting to old . I have been doing shows since 1990 when I was a little 16 year old punk .

Plus depending on weather it can turn into a mudfest

There is a very good reason the show is not in carlisle anymore... they were kicked out!!! The teenagers can't seem to control themselves.

Jumping on cop cars, street racing, public nudity, smashing windows, I even heard a car was flipped.

Come on now... you really expect the show to go back. Personally they ought to cancel it all together. They give real tuners a bad name.

NO SELF CONTROL! It is really quite ridiculous.
