I've tried them all... Star Specs, RE11s, AD08s, RS3s, XSs, and heck even A048s.

My favorite out of all of them were the RE11s. Drove like a regular street tire and were extremely quiet/comfortable. I couldn't justify the price and buy another set though. My second favorite are the Star Specs. Decent price, and ride pretty smooth on city streets.

That, and you change wheel sizes like some people change underwear.

Hahaha

So RS3's are available (and cheaper) than the V12 Evo's right now. I'd have to wait for the V12's to ship?

Any thoughts? Any issues with rocking RS3's in the rear and V12's in the front for a little bit?

Just understeer city

I'd just replace all 4 right now if you're going to switch the tires up. You'll be happy with the RS3s. I get people asking me all the time if I'm running race tires. hahaha.

I like my Pilot Sport PS2s for outstanding drivability with low road noise. Not on your list I know, And the s2k crowd tends to gravitate towards two or three tires in general, but I figured I'd throw the vote out there anyway.

^Those tires are way overkill. Need much more heat to be effective than any street car should be generating. I've heard lots of complaints in general about them and most of them say the older RA1 Toyo is a better tire (Still also overkill for the street) Both are R-comp track tires.

As far as bang for your buck get RS3s and be happy

The v12s are comfy quiet ride.....but don't hook up around the corners..........at all.......when I had star specs I could do the corners I was hitting in skyline at my usual 65+MPH where I was going sideways at 55 -_- ... the v12 was a great long lasting from tire I push thru winter but def sucked on grip in anything but rain
