I've had decent luck with Hankook, I think I'm headed to getting the RS3's

The car got egged too though - don't know if it was related to the ex-fiance or what. Dealing with insurance and shit now with that.

How bad? Before you go as far as repaint I wonder what some time detailing could do. I loved the last red car I did.

Nice! You'll love them. Just be careful around any standing water. RS3s are straight scary in heavy rain.

^They are ok as long as you drive smart. My first trip with this car back from driftwater we got stuck in pouring rain for a good 50 miles and they weren't terrible. Definitely had to drive a bit under the speed limit but they never hydroplaned or got sketchy. It did help they were just about full tread.

Appreciate it Pete

Got 225/45 and 255/40 for sizing and don't plan on driving her much in rain

Just as an FYI gruppe-s posted in the classifieds about ordering the RS3s because prices are supposed to be going up Feb 1. Not a surprise at all to me and I knew it was only a matter of time before they started approaching the price of all the other tires in their class. I still think they'll be the cheapest but it won't be such a drastic difference like there was before.
