My S is at the Dealer DIFF? or TRANNY?

Driving to work today on 295 getting ready to get onto 395. I down shift (very nicely might I add), go to gas it and nothing.
I hear deep clicking from the rear. With the little momentum left I make it to the side. AAA comes and drops me of at Honda Dealership.

Wish me luck all, not sure what it is just yet.

Rare that a Transmission goes my guess is the Diff.

Unless it's under warranty, take it to another shop cause the dealer is going to cost you lots.

I wouldn't mess with a used axle.

Billman recommends nothing but OEM. There have just been too many issues with aftermarket axles.

Apparently all OEM Honda axles are on back order until who knows when.
Found 1 in the whole US that I can get shipped, $750 for one factory passenger axle.
