I understand, thanks a lot for the info guys. Hopefully just spark plugs and coilpacks. I have a friend that used to own an s ran in to the same problem, he told me he just replaced coilpacks and spark plugs will do the job.
Why replace parts when you can try the free stuff first?

From what i have read and talking to a few people the gas cap cell is a some what common issue (for the 00-01). No big deal clear the code. As far as misfires, i would try to hook up with a local and swap coil packs and see if that fixes it. I would also replace the spark plugs. Do each task one at a time to pin point the problem. I would bet good money its your coil pack, which they can be pricey but a heck of alot better then a motor. By the way, my car ran the same codes and it was the coil packs, runs like a champ now.

Hey all,

Sorry for the late update, been very busy with work and life. So after all the guessing, money wasted, running back and fort trying to figure out WTF is causing the cel, the problem was valve adjustment n fried ecu. I replaced it with an 03 ecu and then took my car to inline pro for the valve adjustment. now my car is running smooth n strong again NOMORE CEL!!!! . but after i did the swap it took like couple of days to settled and the CEL disappeared by itself, never came back on til today. Knocks on wood...
