no crap is poop. poop is no good. getting a new engine is good. but I guess the down time isn't good, .. so I guess it really is crap.

I have some answers finally. A bad valve caused by over revving = new cylinder head complete with new internals (valves, springs, retainer etc.)

The service dept. is going to drain all fluids from my vehicle toady and pull my head off tomorrow. So hopefully I will get my S back on Friday.

with all that low end torque, why would I want to rev it above 2800 rpm?!?!?!?!?

I'm just getting home and receiveing an email from the Service Manager. He said exactly what you've been told, Chris, and mentioned that this was the best route to take.

Well i think its crap that u got a new car for a brief moment and it has issues. BUt the good part about it is ur getting a brand new engine. FOr that I would wait. Its like ur gettin a new car. Good luck man

It was a bad situation. But CF is taking the necessary steps to see that I am happy. I honestly believe that CF didn't have previous knowledge of this issue before selling me the car. So I cannot be upset with them. Besides I am getting a new head out of this, which is
