Default Noises

Two small issues I wouldn't mind some advice on.

1. Since yesterday my driver's side speaker doesn't work. I have a feeling the cold has something to do with it. It came on for a very short moment last night but that was it. (no it has nothing to do with the balance on the radio) My question would be......would you assume speaker or radio? I'm not a huge fan of the speakers or the radio I just odn't want to replace it all at once. It's stock radio and speakers.

2. Invidia exhaust with tit. tips. The tips make too much rattling noise for me. I've seen this on a few other invidia systems but what do people do to get that tip on there solid? I think redoing the rivets would just delay the rattling. Is there a way to spot/tac weld (is that the right term?) those things on or something so they don't rattle any more?

So yea....my exhaust makes too much noise and my radio not enough.

Thanks.

nope not the silencers....I dont have any of those. The tips themselves are rivetted onto the exhaust....if that makes sense...

I will be getting comps if the majority says its the speaker and not the radio. I wont get into brands because everyone has their fav.

It's probably your speakers. I would just switch them out.

hmmm.... I didn't think the invidia tips were riveted on, my brother has
that exhaust on his ap2 and there one solid muffler, I also have the skunk 2 exhaust on mine witch is the same as the invidia minus the burnt tips, and mine are solid aswell. thats weird?

From what I understand, there are two different versions invidia came out with. Mike may have version 1.

I wish it was one solid piece. Would it do any damage to weld it on? Any other suggestions?
