i don't see that being a problem to run a bead around the end of the tip, just need to locate a welder that can do stainless, or he may drill out the rivets and and tac weld them that way

I'd be ok with either of those options if anyone knows someone. I'd assume it can't cost too much to do that real quick and I doubt anyone could really see it.

i have the same problem with my invidia, my cheesy ghetto fab solution was to wedge a piece of sheet metal in between where the tip attaches on the inside, it seemed to fix the problem.
