hmmm driving right up someones ass vs a burned out tail light. I think Brian takes the win on that one. Yours was easily avoidable all you had to do was quit driving with your head up your ass. Not everyone looks at there plate light
Brian are fix it ticket, mine a moving violation. Therefore I WIN!

I was pulled over to tail gating on a 1 lane road where the car in front of me was going 20 mph instead of the 40 mph speed limit. Also I was 2 car lengths away from the car. However I explained my situation at court and I was left off with a warning.

man I live in Richmond and and I'm being honest when I tell you this DWB exists and down here driving an S2000 will get you pulled I was pulled by a henrico county cop, who was on the other side of the road, for accelerating to fast. How do you accelerate to fast without breaking traction. I sat there for 20 minutes with 3 cop cars behind me just for them to tell me to slow down. Im in the process of suing the department for racial profiling and for those who dont know that is now illegal in all 50 states

I like mitsus explanation better, who the f looks at tag lights. I win, champeen son.
Anyway. My point was that it wasn't a moving violation. It only seemed like a moving violation because of the area that I was in. 10 mph per car however the car was going 20 instead of the 40 mph limit. Therefore 2 car lengths seemed somewhat too close for that road.
Fix it tickets are just that. They pull you over tell you what's wrong write a ticket. Then you just get it fixed and signed off, no fine involved. I would rather get a fix it ticket any day out of the year.
