no i'm saying that I was not at fault, the judge let me off also. I followed the rules of 1 car length per 10 mph. 20 mph = 2 car lengths, however the police officer observed that the speed limit was 40 mph therefore he applied 4 car lengths instead of the supposed 2 car lengths.

Therefore Moving Violation, 600 mile round trip, not at fault > Tag light out, getting it fixed then inspected.
