Priceless Moments
Anyone ever had any moments that they wil never forget in their S? lets get some stories going.
Heres mine,
yesterday afternoon i was comign down Va Beach BLVD, behind me was some kid that i met a long time ago when i had my civic. he was driving a 97' EX w/ Greddy Turbo running 6psi. so all of a sudden he tries to fly by me and "made sure" to blow off right next to me. so i looked at my friend and said "wow... 6 pounds.." then i floored it and looked at my friend again and said "even better.. 9 thousand" ... the guy cattched up to us at the next ligth and said "nice car" at this time i was waiting for the "whats the retail on one of those" lines. but he just said "what motor you have in that thing?!?! the K20".. my jaw just dropped. heres a kid with a nice turbo civic, very clean... and mistakes my motor for that of an RSX.
the priceless part was when i looked back and said "no, its an F20".. he just nodded his head and said "oh, cool". thank gosh the light turned green, my passenger was ready to get out of the car and re-po his turbo for lack of knowledge of honda

How many times has someone mistaking your car for something like a Porsche or BMW..
I was getting gas the other day and this HUGE dude gets outta a new Hummer H2 and actually asks me if that was the new model porsche.. I just smiled and said "no its the new ferrari" he nodded and had no CLUE...
People suprise me ..

On a side note, I had a kid come up to me and ask me about the car. He's about all of 16, and tells me he has a white s2000, blown (turbo) with J-spec engine (ok, now I am starting to giggle on the inside.... I thought he was going to say a Spoon engine) and here's the kicker. He said he upgraded the gears to 4.1 from the stock 3.1. At that point, I had to call BS and tell him the stock setup is 4.1 and I have upgraded gears 4.77. When pressed for more info, he comes back with "well I don't know, the guys at the shop are taking care of it". As of now, I am calling BS. J-spec engine....LOL

That cop thing despite the immense entertainment from our side...I would have soiled my poor leather seats
