Good fast service done on my car, knowledgable, and good to talk with while you wait (So long as he doesn't have customers, of course). I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Just got my 15k services done. If your in the area, and going somewhere else for services, you should seriously consider a switch. The only thing better is doing it yourself (Stupid Apt complex).
