Default Rollbars for the track

Go Fast Lab, a former sponsor, had some bars made. Bulletproof Automotive, a sponsor, can order Cusco/Safety bars. King Motorsports can get the Mugen bar/cage. Elda hasn't made any in forever.

How many folks still need bars?

I want a bar, but I don't want a hardcore one. I would like to keep all my interior pieces which I believe the safety21 and mugen bar does.

I ordered my Safety21 bar back in December. During the interim, Jeff(WhrDLMI) was most gracious in letting me use his bar, and I am most thankful. I would not have been able to participate in my last two events otherwise.

The new Safety21 bar was supposed to be here this week, but it may not be here until next week. I ordered it because of the mix-up with the GFL bar as most of you know. Now I am contemplating gutting the interior except for the carpet(I don't want to go completely deaf). I'll be making my decision in the next day or two as to whether or not I want to purchase a more hardcore type of bar.

If you are looking to get a bar that will allow you to run with NASA and with zero cutting of your interior plastic trim, then the Safety21 is the bar to get. If you don't mind cutting up your interior pieces or the removal of them, Hard Dog Fabrication(the guys who made the bars for GFL) may be another option.

I will need a roll bar one of these days too. So the cusco/safety21 doesn't require any cutting or modification at all?

If you remove the softtop resting tray, then no cutting is required. Obviously, you'll need to drill holes through the carpet. If you leave it, then you will need to cut out an opening for each of the back braces.
